One Infinite Journey for the gallery

On 12 September, The Gallerist had the opportunity to step outside its walls and take part in Infinite Journey, an event organised by Baramey Production.
The concept strongly resonated with our approach to contemporary Cambodian art: bringing together different creative worlds and exploring how they can speak to one another.
For the occasion, Cambodian artist Nout Daro represented The Gallerist through a work reflecting three dimensions of Cambodian identity: the Naga for the past, the lotus for the present, and the map for the future.
It was a pleasure to see Cambodian visual art and music come together around shared cultural references and contemporary perspectives.
We are grateful to Nout Daro and to all the artists and partners who made this collaboration possible, and happy to have contributed to making Cambodian visual art accessible to a wider audience.

The Cambodian creative scene is vibrant, diverse and constantly evolving — and we are excited to be part of the conversation.
