Stéphanie
Henry-Seguin

Stéphanie Henry-Seguin is a visual artist whose practice spans a wide range of techniques, including glass, ceramics, textile, painting, and digital media. Her work unfolds through a poetic and engaged exploration of imprint, the fragility of the living world, and the memory of emotions. Trained in applied arts and fashion design at ESMOD and Studio Berçot in Paris, she was immersed early on in a universe of images and light that continues to shape her artistic gaze.
Her most recent work focuses on painting and watercolor. These works function as metaphors of an in-between state—between day and night, consciousness and unconsciousness, reality and reverie.
Her work reflects a keen awareness of the preservation of the living world and of water. Through an aesthetic and poetic language, she seeks to awaken the viewer’s attention and to reconcile matter and spirit.
